Is it possible to change the term or word "Karma"?

I get complaints as it is specific to a certain religion and creates the impression that our domain is promoting this religion when we are not. Suggestions i have received include the word "Light" which we found to be more acceptable generally.

How do we change this word so that we don't offend people?
